January has been just as expected. The weather and water temps have dropped and we are having fun with the winter species. Some days are better than others and in between the cold fronts the fishing has been Great. Book online or email/call Capt John @ 305.587.7669
All the winter species are here. Even managed to sneak in a Tarpon the other day, so you just never know what the day will bring. But, one thing is for sure, we will have a great time out there catching whats biting.
After such Success with the Pathfinder 2200 we bought last year, we have decided to do it again. We now offer 2 Pathfinder 22ft BayBoats and the 17ft Maverick (the boat that started it all). Looking forward to fishing again this year with everybody.
Now is a great ime to get out there and bend the rod. This is some of my favorite fishing. We may catch up to 20 different species in any given day. Give Capt John a call
Tarpon Season has come off to a slower start than we all expected. May, thus far, has been all about the weather. We’ve had lots of rain and heavy winds. But, there are fish out there when we can go. Late May and June are looking good. This is really the time of year that the weather should cooperate, light winds and clear skies, and that is what Tarpon like. They are very fickle fish and like to have everything just right, sorta like the fisherman does too.
So I am looking forward to some Great Tarpon fishing over the next couple months. Below are a few fish we’ve caught this past week here aboard the ShadowCaster. Give Capt John a call @ 305.587.7669 or drop me an email here.
