Change in the Weather

We are moving into our “cooler” months and that is going to bring some different species. While there are still some Tarpon to fish for (on the warmer days), we are mixing it up with some different types of fishing. This is the time of year that variety is key. We are going to target snappers, sharks, barracudas, jacks, sea trout, etc. So give us a call 305.587.7669, drop us an email or book directly here on the site and we’ll get you out away from the crowds of Duval St for a few hours.

The Novak’s Birthday Trip

Ed and Thomas are regulars with us and they just spent a few awesome days fishing the BackCountry. The fishing was Spectacular with many many Top Water Bites.

September 2023

As far as Tourism goes, we are in the “slow” season. But that’s not true for the fishing. Fishing in September can be great with the light winds and the water starting to cool off. Summer 2023

Summer is here!!! It has been HOT. There are still some Tarpon around and the best time to target them is during the cooler times of day. Early morning or Early evening. We offer both times. Also a nice mixed bag of snappers, sharks, barracudas etc to fill in.

July 2023

The Annual Tarpon Migration might be coming to an end, BUT we still target Tarpon year round. Every year more and more Tarpon just don’t leave and become what we call Resident fish. July is a great time to target some of these newly resident Tarpon.  We’ve also been catching plenty of Jacks, Sharks, Snappers, etc.

May Tarpon 2023

Tarpon Fishing has remained Strong. We have had the most incredible weather, light winds and warm water, which leads to a great bite. June and early July should remain strong. We have a few openings left, we also are offering evening/sunset Tarpon trips. Great way to beat the heat and catch a Trophy

The LilyPad is our newest boat for 2023, so now in addition to world class fishing we also offer trips to the many sandbars and out islands only accessible by boat.
